My mission is to help my clients engage fully in their life and work, to communicate dynamically, inspire and influence others and have fun doing it.

There is nothing like the feeling of partnering with someone and watching the light bulb go off when they finally can see their way through to a different outlook and know exactly what steps to take to create a new future. Their empowerment and clarity of vision is exhilarating and an honor to witness. For over 25 years I have been in the business of helping individuals, teams and organizations, in Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and higher education, find the things that make them tick so their efforts and outcomes benefit others within the widest range of influence possible. Coaching opens the door to discovery where it can be seen what unnecessarily delays a forward motion or even sabotages success. Through asking powerful questions, engaging critical thinking, and making a plan of action, I walk alongside of my clients as they identify their challenges and actively make changes.
